Wolves Pre-Academy sessions

Being invited to train with the Wolves Pre-Academy is not something we ever went looking for, and we still find it slightly hard to say out loud. He was asked along, he loved it, and that is the whole story as far as he is concerned.

Technical work, small-sided games, coaches who talk to eight-year-olds like footballers. He comes out of every session with his cheeks red and his head full of things he wants to try in the garden.

None of it changes what happens on a Sunday morning with his mates. It just makes him a little bit better, and a lot more excited, every time.
